Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Scarf and More Boutique.


All returns must be notified and send back within 7 days of received. 


If an item arrives damage customer must notify our store, by phone, email or Facebook messenger of the damage goods within 7 days of receiving items. Customer must send us pictures and any proof of the damage. We will provide customer with same item or refund the cost of the item. 


Lost or Damage Package

WE cannot be held responsible for Goods damage or lost in return shipment. Therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to provide a refund without proof of receive return delivery .

If order is lost because of the mail carrier we are not responsible for it. Once and order has ship we cannot be responsible for it. Unless customer receive a damage package and it has proof of it ( pictures of damage mail) a claim will be submitted to the mail carrier company for insurance payment to cover the order. 

We as a small business we care for our customer for that reason we do our best to pack all items well and secure, we also provided safe packages and tracking numbers.
